I was skeptical when the sales lady told me that I could cook a chicken breast with NO oil and that it would not stick. So the first thing I did was try it out. Amazing! This cookware came through on all it's promises. When I washed the pan, everything came off so easily. I know you can put these in the dishwasher, but I still think I will continue to hand-wash them. After using this Calphalon Unison set, I would be spoiled to use anything else.
I have tried many different non stick cookware over the years, but this is the 1st time I have ever tried Calphanlon...I will not try anything else! Its better than terrific!
